Emily Lundell
Magnum is like a big teddy bear. He loves affection and is very sweet.

Name: Magnum

Sex: Male

Age: Seven years

Breed: Belgian/Shepard mix

Location: Flower Mound Animal Services

Magnum is a very big boy but extremely sweet and affectionate, making him the definition of a gentle giant. He is social and loves people so he is always excited to meet someone new without hesitation, greeting them with a wagging tail.

Magnum has a ton of energy and is curious of his surroundings, so he never sits still for long – he constantly moves from person to person to say hello and also likes to play with toys. Despite his limitless energy and size, Magnum is very well behaved and always sits and holds out his paw to shake for treats. He also rarely jumps, nips or yanks on his leash.

He doesn’t like other dogs, but Magnum would make a great only dog for anybody wanting the dog equivalent of a big teddy bear. Magnum, who is microchipped, is looking for a loving home with an active family that will give him the exercise and affection he needs.

About the Contributors
Madi Olivier
Madi Olivier, Editor in Chief
Madi Olivier is a senior and third-year staffer, although most people know her as the short girl who talks too much. The newsroom is her favorite place to be and she spent most of her time last year convincing Hale to let her stay after school for “just five more minutes.” However, if the door to C108 is locked, you can normally find her at gymnastics practice or in the kitchen trying to bake. Her speciality is anything burnt or overflowing from the pan. She’s so excited to be the editor in chief of The Marquee and to see what amazing, impactful stories her staff will publish this year.
Emily Lundell
Emily Lundell, Managing and Photo Editor
Emily Lundell is an early-grad senior. When she's not working at JCPenney, she's taking pictures, helping write her friends' college essays, spending hours on photoshop editing photos of her cats, and online shopping. She's beyond excited to continue making amazing memories and produce the last Marquee publications of 2019!
