Fresh off a 19-0 rout of Little Elm on the road, the softball team finished its regular season at home with a 9-8 walk-off victory over rival Coppell to solidify playoff positioning.

Marcus will face off with Prosper (21-2) in the bi-district round in a three-game series played at The Colony High School.  First pitch for Thursday and Friday’s games is 7:00 p.m. If necessary, game three on Saturday starts at 2:00 p.m.

The Marauders, 20-8 overall and 9-5 in district play, finished in fourth place in District 5-6A behind Guyer, Flower Mound, and Hebron.
